Every customer of a home service from the Cooolbox portfolio who presents a copy of an up to date (within the disability term) document certifying the relevant circumstances and issued by a competent authority (Territorial Expert Medical Commission) for disability over 71% (seventy one percent) receives a 30% discount on one requested service.
Who can participate
Every customer of a home service from the Cooolbox portfolio who have valid (within the disability term) certificate issued by a competent authority (Territorial Expert Medical Commission) for disability over 71% (seventy one percent) and present a copy of this certificate to a technician during installation can use the disability discount.
What do they get
30% discount is calculated on the amount of the monthly fee for one home service from the Cooolbox portfolio.
Terms and Conditions
Cooolbox provides discount services to people with over 71% (seventy one percent) disabilities after they present an up to date valid document for disability, certifying the relevant circumstances and issued by a competent authority (Territorial Expert Medical Commission). The 30% discount is calculated based to the amount of the monthly subscription fee for one home service of the Cooolbox portoflio. The discount is shown in the monthly invoice following the month in which a copy of the document was presented. In case a copy of the certificate is submitted during new service installation, then the discount is calculated in the first issued invoice. The additional services are to be paid in full and no disability discount is calculated for them.
