Всеки клиент на домашна услуга от портфолиото на Cooolbox може да покани свой приятел, познат, роднина, съсед или друг да се включи в мрежата на Cooolbox. И канещият, и поканеният, получават еднократна отстъпка от месечната абонаментна такса в размер на € 8,00 (15,65 лв.) Всеки може да бъде поканен само от един настоящ клиент, но може да бъде канещ на неограничен брой нови клиенти.
Who can participate
Every client using a home service from the Cooolbox portfolio who invites a friend, a family member, an acquaintance or somebody else to join the Cooolbox network can use the Cooolbox loyal customers program.
How to take advantage
During the installation, every client using a home service from the Cooolbox portfolio receives 3 Invite Friends forms”. If the invitations run out, Customer Service Department is available for consultation at 0800 45 845.
The inviter fills the invitation with correct information (name and address of the person using a Cooolbox service) and gives it to a friend, a family member, an acquaintance or somebody else.
When submitting a request for connection to the Cooolbox network (by calling +359 800 45 845, via the order form or at one the Coool centres), the invitee needs to confirm that they will use an invitation from a friend. The Cooolbox technician will receive the completed invitation during the installation.
What do they get
Отстъпката е еднократна и е в размер на 8.00 евро / 15,64 лв. Тази отстъпка получава както канещият (настоящият клиент), така и поканеният (клиентът, сключил нов договор чрез покана).
Terms and Conditions
Every client can be invited only by one current client but they can invite unlimited number of new clients.
The discount to both parties is added in the invoices issued in the following month after the signing of the new contract agreement for use of service from the Cooolbox portofolio.
The amount on discounts of the inviting person can not be more than one monthly subscription fee. In case there are more invitations in one month or if a certain discount can not be added in the month, then the discount is added gradually in the following months until their depletion.
Discount for both the inviter and the invitee is calculated only if both of the requirements are met - a confirmation in advance for use of an invitation when requesting to be connected, and a correctly filled in and submitted invitation handed to a Cooolbox technician during the installation of the service.
