The electronically signed invoices are sent in the form of a PDF file. The most frequently used program for reading PDF files is Adobe Reader and it can be downloaded for free from www.adobe.com. Other programs for work with PDF files can be found at www.pdfreaders.org
The electronic signature can be checked through the programme you use for reading PDF files, if it has such an option.
Apart from the electronic letter, you can download your invoice from the clients portal at my.cooolbox.bg. If you still have no username and a password for it, please contact our consultant or call us on + 359 0800 45 845.
The monthly invoice is issued on the 2 (second) day of each month. The deadline for payment is the 12 (twelfth) day of the month of issuing. The PDF file containing the invoice is sent by e-mail. The e-mail has the same validity as a delivered paper original document so we advise you to keep it for your records. For the issued electronic invoices we do not send paper copies. Paper copies can be obtained for free at all customer service centres. If you like to receive a paper copy at the exact address you will be charged additionally with BGN 6 including VAT for each delivery and the amount will be added to the respective invoice.
